Joecelynn Soto is the Co-Director of Miss Arizona USA founder of Corella & Co., the model development academy.
Her work has never lived in one lane. From pageantry and photography to production, branding, creative direction, and talent development, Joecelynn has spent years building spaces where women can be seen, developed, and taken seriously.
After starting in pageantry at a young age and directing by 19, she brings both instinct and experience to the organization. Her vision for Miss Arizona USA is clear: elevate the standard, build a titleholder experience that feels intentional from start to finish, and prepare Arizona’s representatives to walk into Miss USA with a brand that feels fully their own.
Nicole Smith
Partnerships Manager & Organizational Development
Nicole J. Smith serves as Partnerships Manager and Organizational Development for Miss Arizona USA, leading strategic partnerships and initiatives that elevate the titleholder experience. As Miss Arizona USA 2018, she brings a unique perspective shaped by both firsthand titleholder experience and years of professional success in the beauty, media, and pageant industries.
A professional makeup artist, photographer, model, and creative entrepreneur, Nicole has spent more than a decade working with titleholders, commercial talent, and national brands. Her work has been featured in magazines, commercials, and on some of the industry’s most recognized stages.
Nicole plays a key role in expanding the organization’s partnerships and creating opportunities that strengthen the Miss Arizona USA experience.
